The Fear Workshop and Training is designed for any adult who wants to improve their skills in dealing with fear.

Don’t let statements and beliefs such as:

• I can’t do that or I’ll never make it.

What if everything goes wrong or I disappoint everyone?

• I’m not smart enough for that, and others can do it better.
